Do you know when Marty drives out of the barn? He also crushes a small tree on the way. I didn’t realize this until after seeing the movie for like the 50th time, but the location of the farm is the exact spot of the mall, which in 1985 was called Twin Pines Mall. Marty crushes one of the trees, and when he travels back to the future, you can see that the name of the mall has changed to Lone Pines Mall. Little tidbit of Back to the Future trivia for you.
